He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and possesses several key industry qualifications, including a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC), registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), Professional Natural Scientist/Practitioner accreditation (PNP), and a Foreman Certificate.

Throughout his career, Mr. Malepe has gained valuable experience across a diverse range of mining and processing environments. His expertise spans Platinum Group Metals (PGM) Processing Plants, Chrome Processing Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) operations in underground mining environments.
